It’s amazing how in the past few years the internet has exploded with really great websites, online curriculums, games, and other resources for learning! There are so many great sites I could share today but I’ve tried to narrow it down to my top 10 go-to sites for homeschooling.

Hands typing on a laptop keyboard. Text overlay says Top 10 Online Resources For Homeschooling.

CK-12 – This site has a lot of textbooks, lesson plans, and activates all available for free. It covers math, science, some LA, and American history.

Easy Peasy Homeschool -  This is a fantastic resource created by another homeschooling mom. It has free curriculum for all grades. You can use this as a standalone program just use some classes to supplement your other work.

Schoolhouse Teachers - This is one of my favourite online learning sites. One subscription gives you access to ALL of the curriculum from PreK to high school and many resources for the homeschooling momma too!

You could easily homeschool your entire family with just the courses offered on this site. There are classes for all learning methods. We use this online site for many of our homeschool lessons.

Homeschool Share -  I’ve used this website for a long time.  It has a huge collection of unit studies and lapbook/notebook activities. This is mainly for the PreK to elementary school age.

Ambleside Online -  Ambleside Online is a great curriculum for families using the Charlotte Mason method of homeschooling. The curriculum is completely free and many of the books it uses are free online to read and download. A few books are not in the public domain and will need to be purchased.

Middle School Chemistry – A FREE middle school chemistry course. Lessons can be downloaded or read online.

Khan Academy -  This is a wonderful FREE site with video and interactive lessons for math. They also have lessons on programming, science, and history.

Essential Skills Advantage -  This is a wonderful reading and language arts program from grades K-6.  They have both a free version and a paid version.  You can read my review of ESA, my kids love it!

Homeschool Buyers Co-Op - The Homeschool Buyers Co-Op is a great place to find both free and great deals on curriculum and online subscriptions.

Homeschool Planet - This is a really cool online planner and calendar for the homeschooling family. Read my review and tips.
